YOU'RE NOT THE ONLY ONE

It's 3 a.m. And you're awake again.

Re-reading the last text, thinking about the silence, or the distance, or what you could have done differently. Asking yourself: Where did I go wrong? Why can't I fix this? I gave them everything, why did it turn out this way?

You're not a failure. You're just in a chapter no one prepared you for.

A GRIEF WITH NO NAME

You're mourning what you once had.

The closeness of the relationship, the times when you felt like an important part of their life. You didn't feel disposable or distant. Maybe, you never had that connection but you always longed for it and you hoped you'd have it by now.

Join 12 women who are living it, too. This is a place to grieve honestly, love without losing yourself, and slowly find your way back to your own life.

MEET RITA

Your guide for this next chapter.

I'm Rita Edah, a counsellor, psychotherapist, coach, and mother of adult children. For years I've helped mothers move from worry and guilt toward greater peace, healthier boundaries, and renewed confidence. This group isn't about changing your child. It's about changing the way you carry the relationship.

"What can you change that is within your control?"

SUPPORT & CLARITY

Questions You May Be Holding

I'm a private person. Do I have to share my family's business?

No. You'll never be forced to share. Many members start by reflecting privately or speaking in general terms. The confidentiality contract protects everyone, and comfort comes at your own pace.

One-to-one work goes deep; this circle goes wide. The particular medicine here is discovering you are not the only one, and learning, in real time, how to receive support and offer it without fixing. Many members do both, and the group can run alongside individual therapy.

Your wellbeing is in the best interest of your children, your family, and your community. A mother running on empty helps no one. This is not indulgence, this is an investment in your own mental health and emotional wellbeing.

Life happens. You'll receive materials to stay connected, and the roughly every-other-week rhythm makes it easy to rejoin the flow.

The circle stays warmly connected through letters and short recorded messages from me. Encouragement without obligation, so you can be fully present with your family and friends.

No, never. Nothing is recorded, and that's very much on purpose. This circle depends on trust, and trust needs the freedom to speak knowing your words live only in the room, in that moment, with the women who are there to hold them. What's shared here stays here. That's part of what makes it safe enough to be honest.

Yes. When you join, your place in the circle is held just for you, for the whole six months, and it stays yours whether or not you're able to make it every time. Because this is a small, closed group of twelve, your seat can't be given to someone else when you're away, it's always here, waiting for you to step back in.

For the sake of transparency and to facilitate a sense of safety within the group, it is important that everyone’s video is turned on for the duration of each session. To protect everyone's privacy and confidentiality, members are encouraged to attend group in a private space where you will not be overheard and use headphones if you can. Additionally, no discussion of participants should ever happen on social media or outside our virtual room, unless for the purposes of individual therapy.

We offer both full pay and instalment options. Both are set at £600 after the deposit, so you can pay in a way that suits you best.
