YOU'RE NOT THE ONLY ONE

It's 3 a.m. And you're awake again.

Re-reading the last text, thinking about the silence, or the distance, or what you could have done differently. Asking yourself: Where did I go wrong? Why can't I fix this? I gave them everything, why did it turn out this way?

You're not a failure. You're just in a chapter no one prepared you for.

A GRIEF WITH NO NAME

You're mourning what you once had.

The closeness of the relationship, the times when you felt like an important part of their life. You didn't feel disposable or distant. Maybe, you never had that connection but you always longed for it and you hoped you'd have it by now.

Join 12 women who are living it, too. This is a place to grieve honestly, love without losing yourself, and slowly find your way back to your own life.

ASK A QUESTION

Questions You Might Be Holding

Choosing a therapeutic space is a tender decision. Here are the questions mothers most often ask before they join.

I'm a private person. Do I have to share my family's business?

No. You will never be forced to share. Many women begin by simply listening, reflecting privately, or speaking in general terms until they feel ready. Our confidentiality agreement protects everyone in the circle, and your comfort unfolds entirely at your own pace.

One-to-one work goes deep. This circle goes wide. The particular medicine here is discovering, in real time, that you are not the only one, and learning how to both receive support and offer it without rushing to fix. Many women do both at once, and this group can run alongside your individual therapy beautifully.

Your wellbeing is in the deepest interest of your children, your family, and your community. A mother running on empty helps no one. This is not indulgence. It is an investment in your own mental health and emotional wellbeing, and everyone who loves you feels the difference when you begin to feel like yourself again.

Life happens, and you will never be penalised for being human. You'll receive materials to stay connected, and the gentle every-other-week rhythm makes it easy to step back into the flow. (See our cancellation and refund policy.)

The circle stays warmly connected through letters and short recorded messages from me. Encouragement without obligation, so you can be fully present with the people you love.

Never. Nothing is recorded. What is shared in our room stays in our room.

Yes. Your place in the circle is held for you whether or not you attend, which is part of what keeps the group consistent and safe for all twelve women.

For the sake of connection and a shared sense of safety, we ask that everyone's camera stays on for the whole session. Seeing one another's faces is part of what makes this a circle rather than a collection of voices, and it helps every woman feel truly met.

We ask that you join from a private space where you won't be interrupted or overheard, and, if you can, that you wear headphones so no one's voice carries beyond your room. Protecting your own privacy is also how you help protect everyone else's.
