YOU KNOW THIS ACHE

You've never quite been able to say it out loud.

It's 3 a.m. and you're awake again, re-reading the last message, replaying the years, trying to find the moment it all changed.

You love your child but some days you're not sure you like them and you've never had a single place safe enough to admit that.

Underneath the worry, there's a grief for the relationship you hoped to have by now.

No one in your life knows the whole truth. You've become very good at "everything's fine"

In one hour, learn

One shift that can quiet the 3 a.m. worry.

This isn't a lecture, and it isn't about changing your child. In our time together, I will walk you through one deceptively simple distinction that changes everything for the mothers I work with: the difference between caring for your adult child and taking responsibility for them.

That's what you leave with, a way to tell what's genuinely yours to carry from what isn't. You'll also feel something you may not have felt in a long time, a room full of women who understand, without you having to explain.

YOUR THERAPIST

Rita Edah and yes, she's lived this too.

I help mothers move from worry and guilt toward something steadier: peace, healthier boundaries, and a life that feels like their own again.

WHAT WE'LL DO TOGETHER

In our sixty minutes, we'll:

1. Name it honestly.

We'll say the quiet things out loud, the worry, the guilt, the grief, the feelings you've never admitted to anyone,  so you can finally exhale.

2. Learn the one reframe.

Rita will teach the "caring for" vs. "responsible for" distinction, and how to start applying it to your own situation that same night.

3. Sit with women who get it.

A gentle, guided moment of reflection and shared experience — a real taste of what it feels like to not be alone in this.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Everything you need to know

Will there be a recording?

No. This is a live, intimate, and strictly confidential session designed for real-time connection and reflection. To protect everyone's privacy and facilitate a safe experience, we won't record or distribute the session afterward.

Do I have to share my story?

Absolutely not. You're welcome to listen, reflect, and take what you need without saying a word. If you do want to share, there will be space for that too, but it's entirely your choice.

What if I can't attend live?

Unfortunately, this experiential workshop is only available live. The value comes from being present together in the moment. If you can't make this date, I'll be running similar sessions in the future. Join my email list to be notified.

Is this therapy or coaching?

Neither. This is a psychoeducational workshop, a guided learning experience where I'll teach one powerful reframe and create space for reflection. It's not a substitute for therapy, but it can be a meaningful first step.

What if my situation is different?

Whether the relationship with your child feels prickly, distant, or estranged, this workshop will give a perspective that you could apply to your specific situation.
