I want joining this circle to feel like a warm, considered decision, so here is exactly how cancellations, refunds, and commitments work. My hope is that being clear and open from the start means you can reserve your place with confidence, knowing precisely what you're agreeing to.
Your place is secured with a £100 commitment fee, followed by £100 a month for six months (£700 in total). Because this is an intimate, closed circle of just twelve women, each place genuinely matters. When you reserve your seat, it is held only for you and is no longer offered to anyone else.
If you reserve your place and then decide within 14 days that this circle isn't right for you, and the group has not yet begun, you're entitled to a full refund of anything you've paid, no questions asked. I want you to have genuine space to be sure.
If you decide to withdraw more than 14 days after reserving but before our first session, your £100 commitment fee is non-refundable, as it has held your place and kept it from another mother who may have wanted it. Any monthly payments beyond that fee will not be taken.
Because this is a closed therapeutic group built around a committed circle of twelve, your place cannot be re-filled partway through. For that reason, once we have begun, the full programme fee of £700 is a commitment for the six months, and the monthly payments continue whether or not you are able to attend every session. This is what allows the circle to stay stable, safe, and whole for everyone in it.
Life happens, and you will never be penalised for being human. If you need to miss a session, your place is still held for you, and you'll receive materials to stay connected so it's easy to step back into the flow. As your seat remains reserved, missed sessions are not refunded or discounted.
I understand that life can bring genuine emergencies for example, serious illness, bereavement, a family crisis. If something significant makes it impossible for you to continue, please talk to me. I will always do my best to find a fair and compassionate way forward. I don't want a difficult season to become a financial burden on top of everything else.
In the unlikely event that I must cancel the programme before it begins, you will receive a full refund of everything you have paid, including the commitment fee.
